Subject to your rights at law, you agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time on our Website, Mobile Application and/or any other place of posting. (D) For avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. 2.1 When you use the Website and/or the Mobile Application and/or purchase the Product from Super Saless’s stores and/or Carts, you provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your name, your email address and any other information that you provide to us.

2.2 When you use the Website and/or Mobile Application, you may set up your account. We collect this information so that we can provide you the Product (defined in Clause 2.1 of the Terms and Conditions).

Super Saless may use an independent company (the “ Third Party Market Research Company”) to measure and analyze the Internet usage across the Website. Super Saless uses the Third Party Market Research Company’s services to collect the following core information on the usage of the Website, including, but not limited to:

(i) the number of page views (or page impressions) that occur on the Website;

(ii) the number of unique visitors to the Website;

(iii) how long these unique visitors (on average) spend on the Website when they do visit; and

(iv) common entry and exit points into the Website.

This information is aggregated by the Third Party Market Research Company and provided to Super Saless to assist in analyzing usage of the Website. Such data is also accessible by media organizations and research companies, for the purpose of conducting industry comparisons with other Internet portals.

Pages on the Website may be coded with software, which enables Third Party Market Research Company to track visitors to the Website.

(a) when you post a testimonial or feedback in relation to the services provided by us to you, your User ID or name that you are posting under may be visible to other Users, and you have the ability to post a message that may include Personal Data .

  1. Withdrawal, Access and Correction of your Personal Data

5.1 You may withdraw, modify and correct Personal Data provided directly to Super Saless in connection with the services, if necessary. Super Saless offers Users the following options for updating information:

(a) send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided in our Terms and Conditions; or

(b) Users may edit and/or delete their Personal Data at any time by logging into their User Account on the Website and/or the Mobile Application or through Super Saless’s interactive voice recording. When doing so, Users will be requested to enter their password when prompted for verification purposes before their Personal Data is edited and/or deleted. With regards to information not available for change by Users, Users must send an e-mail to Super Saless to request for the specified changes to be made to their Personal Data. Upon receipt of a request, Super Saless may request Users to provide Personal Data for verification purposes. Super Saless will respond to Users’ requests within thirty (30) days.

5.2 Please note that if your Personal Data has been provided to us by a third party, you should contact such party directly to make queries, feedback, and access and correction requests to Super Saless on your behalf.

5.3 Please note that if you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, Super Saless may not be in a position to continue to provide its products or services to you or administer any contractual relationship in place, and this may also result in the termination of any agreements with Super Saless and your being in breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings, and Super Saless’s legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved.

6.1 The security and confidentiality of your Personal Data is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect guest information from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. 7.1 Super Saless is the sole owner of all non-personally identifiable information they collect through the services.

  1. Governing Law

8.1 This Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of India.

8.2 These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your access to, or use or, the Website, Mobile Application Product and services provided in relation thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

8.3 All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first attempted to be resolved by mutual discussion between the User and Super Saless. Super Saless and you agree to participate in the mediation in good faith and undertake to abide by the terms of any settlement reached.

8.4 In the event that you and Super Saless are unable to resolve any dispute, controversies or differences after attempting mediation, the dispute, controversy or difference shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
